LGB – Governor Newsletter July 2019

As the Headteacher of Wrotham Road School, it is truly a pleasure and a privilege to welcome you to our school website.

We are very proud of our thriving multicultural school, where a love of learning is promoted within a safe and happy environment where every individual matters. We fundamentally believe that working in partnership with parents, carers, governors and our community is essential to ensuring success. A family atmosphere is fostered within the school, where children feel confident to express their individuality and their talents and know that endeavour, in any aspect of their lives, will be celebrated.

We are very fortunate to have such wonderful school grounds that enhance children’s learning. We are passionate that our pupils thrive in such a positive and stimulating learning environment and we have a great team of talented, caring and dedicated staff who work hard to ensure that all of our children make significant progress.

Visitors are always welcome, so please come and experience the friendly ethos of our school. Discover for yourself how confident and inquisitive our children are and how they are challenged and nurtured as they develop the skills to equip them for their journey as life-long learners.

Our aim is that the children who leave Wrotham Road Primary School are happy, confident and self-assured young people, who are eager to learn and are ready for the next steps in their lives.

I look forward to meeting you

Mrs Sarah Green
