The school values the abilities and achievements of all its pupils.  We endeavour to provide the best learning conditions for each pupil, promoting development in understanding and social maturity alongside their peers wherever possible.  Special Education Needs are identified early and the school works closely to plan a curriculum to meet the children’s needs.

There is a learning support team led by the SENDCo to provide extra support in school.  If necessary, we involve outside agencies or further specialist advice and support.  We work in partnership with the children, parents, carers, specialists and governors. The school values the abilities and achievements of all its pupils.  We endeavour to provide the best learning conditions for each pupil, promoting development in understanding and social maturity alongside their peers wherever possible.

We recognise the importance of helping all children achieve their full potential; emotionally, socially, physically and academically. We ensure they are fully included in all school activities, seeking external support and facilities when needed. For further information please see our SEND policy.
